Terms of supply

We create a private website preview for your business. If you approve it, we launch and host a professionally built website and provide ongoing technical maintenance. The standard service is designed for straightforward business websites that present your company, services and contact information.

The standard price is £20 per month, with nothing to pay upfront. The price includes the inclusions listed on our pricing page. Payment is made monthly. There is an initial 12-month minimum term, after which the service continues monthly until cancelled.

Routine updates to your address, contact details, opening hours and team-member information are included. Other requested website changes are charged at £50 per hour. We will explain the likely cost and obtain your approval before carrying out chargeable work. Optional services such as business email, online booking, ecommerce, customer portals, bespoke forms and other specialist functions are quoted separately.

We can connect an existing domain or arrange a suitable standard domain. Where we register a domain on your behalf, it is provided subject to these terms. Your domain can be transferred to you once your account is fully paid.

After the initial 12-month minimum term, the service continues monthly and may be cancelled by giving 30days’ notice. On cancellation, the website and hosting service will end.

Website code, design systems and platform files remain the property of Optima Online Solutions and are not transferred. Your business content and your domain (once fully paid) remain yours.

We structure your website so that search engines and AI tools can clearly understand your business, services and location. No website provider can guarantee a particular Google position, level of traffic, or inclusion in an AI-generated answer, and we make no such guarantee.
